Our program:
This team identifies at-risk students and compiles relevant, school-based, factual information on a referred student. The team then determines the level of concern and develops an action plan
Our Mission:
Confidentiality Statement: The SAP Team is committed to the utmost confidentiality in all aspects of the intervention process. Matters brought before the team will not be shared outside of the team unless there is a professional/parental need to know. Parent permission is obtained before any student is interviewed by a team member.

How to make a referral:
Referrals are made to the school counselor, Wendi Davenport (717-901-2430)or any team member listed below.

What happens after a student is referred:
Factual information is compiled. The team reviews this information and determines the level of concern. Parent(s) are contacted. Two members of the team interview the student and report back to the team. The team develops an action plan.
